father and son, mark & george day out fishing with us, had a good start today with mark's float banging under after an hour into the session resulting in him getting a cat of 84lb,
a couple of hours later george's float dissapeared under and 15 mins later after some huge runs the cat was in the boat, going 122lb on the scales, both cats were caught on carp, drifting down the margins

after losing a big cat today, terry caught a small one of 22lb about an hour or so after, as we gently drifted down the margins

at last some heavy rain the previous day making the river coloured, resulting in this cat of 126lb for mitch, the cat took a large carp of around the 3lb mark, fished just of bottom

tony from south wales out with us for a few days caught yet another small cat in these hard conditions, he did manage to hook into a big one but after a hectic 10 minute battle the cat came off (see video below of it coming off )
